ICYMI: What’s RealDesk?

RealDesk.AI is on a mission to eliminate inefficiency in real estate. Designed to empower real estate professionals, RealDesk frees up valuable time so that agents and brokers can focus on growing their businesses and building client relationships. Our AI-powered platform automates key tasks and combines transaction management, compliance tracking, financial processes, and collaboration tools into a single, intuitive solution. RealDesk is setting a new standard in real estate innovation, reshaping brokerage operations to meet the needs of a rapidly evolving industry.

The Journey So Far

Right now, we’re working with a select — and growing — group of real estate brokerages from across Canada to test some of what we’ve built, and prototype our new innovations.

We’re a proud alumni member of the DMZ (Proptech cohort), and are supported by a small group of advisors, including our original DMZ cohort sponsor GroundBreak Ventures.

News & Media

• We’re thrilled to share this recent article spotlighting how RealDesk, with the help of Zūm Rails, is transforming real estate payments. The piece highlights one of our key differentiators: our commitment to making payments seamless and efficient for brokerages and agents.

• Check out our latest blog post that dives into RealDesk’s transformative vision for real estate by 2030. It showcases how we’re driving efficiency and innovation to empower brokers and agents to focus on what matters most.

• We launched a 2-minute guided tour on our website, which has driven some good inbound leads.

Platform Updates

• On the accounting front, we released some enhancements to our Monthly Reconciliation Report, and expect to deploy a new Accounts Receivable Report before the end of December.

• Ahead of year end, we refreshed our Business Planning feature, and have some T4A related improvements slated to release in early January in advance of tax season.

• We’re now very close to a functional prototype of our AI-powered contract ingestion module, that will allow agents to enter listings and deals into RealDesk without needing to enter data manually.

Priorities for January

• Expanding Outreach Campaigns: Building on the December momentum, we’ll continue reaching out to brokerages and agents with tailored campaigns designed to showcase RealDesk and RealSign.

• Launching a Webinar Series: Educating our audience on how to maximize back office efficiency. Topics will include financial management, the use of AI, and how to stay audit-ready with transaction management tips.

• Enhancing Our Website: Introducing new resources, improved navigation, and better tools to ensure visitors find the information they need quickly and easily.

• Recruiting New Advisors: Seeking experienced professionals to guide RealDesk’s next phase of growth. If you’re passionate about real estate and technology, we’d love to hear from you!

• New Platform Features, including:

  • Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) payments for agent expenses, offering low fees and streamlined processing.

  • Dynamic Payment Links to request payments securely and seamlessly.

  • A full refactor of the Deduction Manager for enhanced flexibility and performance.
