What’s RealDesk?

Real estate brokerages waste over $5B a year on fragmented tools and manual processes. RealDesk.AI is the Shopify of real estate: a unified platform that brings everything — transaction management, compliance, payments, and bookkeeping — into one seamless workflow. We help brokerages of any size run with the speed and scale of industry giants.

Right now, we’re working with a select — and growing — group of real estate brokerages from across Canada to test some of what we’ve built, and prototype our new innovations.

We’re a proud alumni member of the DMZ (Proptech cohort), and a current member of the NEXT AI accelerator.

Here We Grow Again!

• We’re thrilled to welcome Rebekah William to the team as our new Business Development Rep! She joined on June 25 and is already diving into outreach, helping us bring RealDesk to even more forward-thinking brokerages.

• And the momentum is real — we added two more brokerages in June, making it seven for the quarter.

RealDesk Partners with Philer.AI to Streamline Closings

Happy to announce that we’ve partnered with Philer, a tech-forward law firm that simplifies the legal side of closings!

Philer offers convenient and personalized service via their fully digital closing experience, and full visibility into the closing process for agents. What’s more, they offer valuable incentives every time a client selects Philer for closing.

Philer is currently available in Ontario and Alberta (with BC coming soon). Over the coming months, we’ll be working with their team to offer additional integrations that will further streamline the conveyancing and closing workflow.

We published a few new articles on our blog recently:

• "(Stop) Chasing Payments: Take Control of Agent Billing”: Many brokerages struggle with billing delays and inability to collect. RealDesk eliminates this problem with set-it-and-forget-it recurring expense creation and automated collection.

• “Skip the Line: A Friendlier Way to Collect Deposits”: An overview of our new deposit feature that allows offices to send requests via email. Buyers can securely connect their bank accounts and submit deposits by EFT without ever needing to visit a bank branch.

Platform Updates

We released RealDesk 4.0 in June with some key highlights:

• New and improved Deduction and Expense Managers to make managing commission splits, brokerage fees, and agent expenses faster, smarter, and more flexible than ever

• A new Top Producers Report to display top agents by gross commission, along with total ends and sales volume

• Daily calendar overview email improvements

Priorities for July

• Closing Pipeline Opportunities: We continue to move opportunities through the pipeline efficiently, as well as developing some longer-term opportunities that will materialize toward the end of 2025.

• Onboarding and Training: Improving our processes and moving more of our training and documentation online to create more self-serve onboarding opportunities.

• Enhancing Our Website: Introducing new resources, improved navigation, and better tools to ensure visitors find the information they need quickly and easily.

• New Platform Features, including:

  • Deploying our AI document ingestion and review pilot

  • Reworking our data model to support additional third parties, which will open up more payment capabilities

  • General accounting functionality to provide a completely self-contained end to end financial workflow

Asks

We’re always keen to meet anyone with whom we might collaborate:

• Industry Intros: Real estate brokers, top-producing agents, industry influencers, or anyone else who can help us in our product discovery

• Fundraising: Introductions to angel and early-stage venture investors

• Partnerships: Innovative proptech / fintech / legal tech companies and founders

• Advisors: We’re seeking those with deep connections in the North American real estate landscape, and/or specialized skillsets in AI, design, and information architecture
